From the moment I walked in, through my entire cleaning, until I walked out with my next appointment card, exceptional service, friendly, helpful staff.
Showed up on Mon.morning with a severe tooth ache, but no appointment and no history as an existing patient.The front staff welcomed me, and worked me into a time slot immediately. Anna took a through history and Dr. Lorch spent time explaining what needed to be done. Everyone could not have been nicer.
I appreciate the friendly hygienist and Dr. Lorch - they are always thorough and provide feedback that will help my gums and teeth.
Staff were very courteous and worked with me to reschedule my appointment. Was first visit at his new location and was very impressed with the facility. Kevin, the hygienist, was very easy to talk to and did a super job. Dr. Lorch was thorough and always takes the time to answer all your questions.

During my last visit, I was complimented on the general condition of the teeth I presented for inspection, and left practically walking on air. This time, I was alerted to the possibility of a new (to me) chronic problem, and left with some misgivings. In both cases, the situations were explained to me lucidly, and I left feeling that I was in good hands. I have never felt that "I can do better elsewhere."
This office is top rate from beginning to end courteous staff and Dr. Lorch skilled dentist who loves his work.
