From check-in to check-out, all services were very professional and thorough. Laura, a hygienist, is passionate about educating and sharing dental knowledge with patients. I would definitely recommend this office!

Just a great office staff dentists, hygienists, and office manager. Great customer care and always provide good estimates and updated final costs after what your insurance pays. Highly recommend as you won’t be disappointed.

I love Prime Family Dental (and I’m not a fan of going to the dentist..major dental anxiety from past experiences). Over the weekend I had a dental issue and called on Sunday. I spoke to Dr. Schtakleff and she told me what to do and scheduled me for 2pm on Monday. Turns out they were able to fit me in first thing Monday morning! Great experience with an unscheduled visit!

I’m so impressed by my first visit. It was as thorough as any I’ve ever experienced and there was no sense of it being rushed at all. The point-cloud scan and 3D model of my teeth is the first I’ve seen this technology used for this. I’m absolutely satisfied with my decision to switch dental providers.

Our entire family goes to Dr. S and we couldn't be happier. All feel comfortable and safe. She takes time to explain and educate. Michelle, our hygienist, is wonderful!! Cannot recommend her enough. Wanda at the front desk is a gem as well. A small, comfortable practice (not like those large "dental factory" practices) that really get to know you and that can meet all of your needs. Highly recommend!

This is hand down the best dentist I have ever had. They're extremely friendly, greeting you like you're family every time you come to the office. And they work with you on making sure you're 100% satisfied.I have a complicated case, a lot of my teeth have been pulled, I've had two root canals, and I'm only 32. Recently, I had a failed root canal from a past dentist. Unfortunately I let it go too long and it started eating away at the bone in my jaw and I had to get two teeth extracted. These we...read morere teeth that could be seen when I smiled and it made me VERY uncomfortable knowing that I would be without teeth.I couldn't afford to get implants so I opted for partial dentures (my mom has partials and has had success). I originally went with an acrylic partial, but within 4 months, they had a crack from simply talking. I called the office right when it happened and Wanda, their receptionist, got me on the books to talk with Dr. S after getting my annual teeth cleaning. Long story short, repairing it wasn't working and Dr. S and her team went the extra mile to make it right. We went through multiple pieces that just weren't fitting correctly and the even took a number of impressions of my teeth for the lab making my partial to be sure everything was perfect. Not once did they make me feel ashamed of my situation and sincerely apologized when I had to wait for new pieces to be fabricated.In the end, I now have a partial that fits even better than the last and I feel extremely confident when I smile. It was so worth it.This is a great team of people that know exactly how to treat patients and will be realistic with you on a personal and financial level. read less
