Going to a dentist is not my favorite activity but had to be done. A friend of mine advised me to go see Dr. Poznyansky. Knowing that I needed some work done I took a chance. I would have to say that I am happy that I took my friends advice. Dr. Poznyansky was very professional but still had that caring behavior. Everyone was compassionate on my needs and what I wanted to accomplish with starting the process of braces. Years ago I went to another dentist in CT and the most embarrassing emotional service I got. Being tease at that office about my teeth made me not want to go to a dentist again. Afters years I came here in hopes to have a better dental experience and everyone there made me feel so much comfortable! As someone with a massive phobia of the dentist, I feel completely safe and comfortable with Dr. Eric Poznyansky. Came in for some fillings, and I was invited to put some Netflix on a flatscreen above the chair while they were working on me which helped me to relax. Dr. Eric was respectful and quick, which I appreciated! I will always make the trip back here now.I also want to mention that the dental hygienist was incredibly nice and sweet and helped me to stay calm while I was waiting!
The staff are always professional and friendly. I had a periodical procedure and was completely satisfied with the results. I would recommend this office to everyone.
Dr. Eric Poznyansky is exceptional!! A true professional & staff is knowledgeable.the whole team was very compassionate & accommodating. Hardly any wait time at all. Dr Eric poznyansky is a great dentist ,he explains everything very clearly and also he listens to patient's preferences and he is amazing dentist . The staff is very polite ,friendly and willing to help. The office is very convinient located in the heart ot white plains with municipal parking in the back .i would absolutely recommend Dr Eric poznyasky and his staff to any one of my friends and family ....
