A truly skillful dentist with a comforting demeanor. HIs office has all the tools to provide complete services. His staff if friendly and very competent especially in dealing with insurances and discount policies.
This is the second time I have been to Bay Ridge Dental, this time for a cleaning. The hygienist was very good and provided excellent information on how to brush and floss my teeth to keep them as healthy as possible. Dr. Carangelo has certainly chosen a very professional and versed staff. If anyone is looking for a dentist, Bay Ridge Dental in Webster is the place to go.
I got charged 50 dollars because I didn't make it to a appointment. Terrible business practice. They tried to confirm the appointment with me but I was busy and didn't get back to them so instead of canceling the appointment they let it just go to charge me 50 dollars. I will find a new dentist
Very professional and clean dentist office. The staff is very helpful. Kelly does a wonderful job being very thorough and knowledgeable in her field. Dr. Carangelo is great! I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist. I was referred to this office by someone else in the industry. I am very satisfied.
Dr. Carangelo was able to correct work done by a prior dentist. All done with limited discomfort and was in and out quickly. Also during the same visit was able to refine my front teeth to make for a naturally beautiful result. Very happy and will continue to come back to the area even though we recently moved further away.
Excellent service all the way around, from the MD to the office staff and all the service providers in between. My only complaint is in finding appointments that are available for cleanings within a 4-6 month time period of a previous cleaning. Have to wait for cancellations and then, it is first come first serve.
The staff is great! They know their jobs and are always friendly. I had a crown put on one of my teeth yesterday. The whole process went smoothly. I would recommend them to every one.
I switched dentists, and I had a problem with my teeth. I called The Bayridge Dental Office and told them I was a new patient but have not been able to come in yet for a cleaning. I told them about the problem with my two teeth, and they fit me in the same day.I felt very at home when I walked into the Bayridge Dental Office.
