The hygienist and the doctor were both so incredibly helpful! I struggle with some anxiety and they worked with me every moment. They explained anything they were doing or why they were doing it. Very thorough and informative! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

For decades I've traveled from Columbia County to see an excellent dentist in Albany, but yesterday, Dr. Forhad generously extended himself to re-cement a crown I'd popped out while flossing. I was so impressed by his skill, efficiency, patient-oriented approach and personal warmth that I have decided to become his patient.

I cannot say enough good things about this kind, caring and compassionate man. I have depended on him for over thirty years, and have gotten nothing but the best care. He continually updates his practice, and cares deeply about providing the best treatment for his patients. I feel fortunate to have been able to rely on him at the drop of a hat, when emergencies come up - he is always there for me.

Each time I have need to visit the Kinderhook Dental Arts for attention, I find myself greeted with the highest degree of friendly professionalism. Doreen and her staff are most cordial and quick to notify the Doctor of my arrival. In a most reasonable time frame, the Dental assistant greets me and sets me up for the Doctor. When Dr. Starkman arrives, another cordial greeting is extended and his professional wisdom takes over. His calm and assuring demeanor gives me the feeling " Its all going t...read moreo be alright." I was lucky enough to have Dr. Mohammed. He was extremely professional and took his time to assure accuracy and that is was correctly done the first time. He was kind, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Knowing that I had someone who genuinely cared about my me and my teeth gave me a feeling of trust and assurance that I have the best dentist. Kinderhook Dental Arts has some the nicest people I have met at a dental office. Everyone I met- receptionists, hygienists, and dentists- is uniformly warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Their Quality Dental Plan is also the best plan I have found in the local area for paying out of pocket.
