I needed a dentist who would take the time to explain my issues and the steps necessary to resolve them. Dr. Ratner is great! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and efficient. The office is well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. Exceptional Dentistry is highly recommended!!

After neglecting my dental health for quite some time, I made an appointment as a new patient. The ease of making my appointment and the genuine friendliness and care extended to me by Debra, made me feel welcome before I even walked through the door. At my first appointment, Elizabeth was my Hygienist and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is the best! After examination, Dr. Ratner explained in detail what he saw and what the plan was to correct what needed to be done. He was patient and made sure every question or concern I had was addressed. His knowledge and professionalism was truly appreciated. I had no fear about returning for the work I needed. Upon return I was again, greeted with kindness and welcomed. Dr. Pisapia explained everything to me throughout every step of the process. He worked on my fillings without a touch of discomfort. Roxanne was also wonderful, friendly and made me feel at home. There is numerous good things to say about this Dental Practice and each and every person who works there. In addition to the fact that you will be treated like Family, the entire office is incredibly clean with modern equipment. I will definitely be recommending! I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Ratner’s office. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and informative. I had very minor gum recontouring done and the process was very carefully done and very quick. Whether it was a minor procedure or not, I am so happy I trusted Exceptional Dentistry and it has made a world of a difference to me.Great place, great people, great work. Thank you!
