Great experience the staff was very friendly and answer all my questions and concerns. Schuleing my next appointment was very easy and fast.
Dr Mark pulled a tooth yesterday. He was very good, made me feel very comfortable. We always think the Novocain is the worst part but he was excellent, very gentle and barely hurt. I would highly recommend him for any dental procedure. Very caring, extremely gentle and efficient. My mouth is hardly sore which is a testament to his professionalism. Thank you again Dr Mark for being so caring.

I was very impressed with the proficiency and caring manner of the entire staff. It renews my faith in the dental practice available to Plattsburgh residents. Dr. Mark and his assistants were remarkable.I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a pleasant dental experience.
