We were happy and pleased with our experience. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, professional and felt concerned and genuinely happy to help and resolve the issue. Have to also commend Ana, who helped and advised my Spouse, ALL around great Cust Ser.
I went in for a cleaning and exam and had a good experience. The dental hygienist answered my questions and gave my teeth a good cleaning. Very pleasant and efficient office! Michelle is professional, thorough and a pleasure to see each visit! I appreciate any cleaning tips she provides. Dr. M is also very thorough, kind and always willing to listen and provide answers to my questions. Michelle was great. She is an excellent hygienist. My regular dentist had the day off, so a different dentist checked my mouth at the end. The dentist who checked my mouth over at the end of my appt. was rude. She put a watch on two of my teeth, and when I asked her a question about the watch, she would not answer me. The dental hygienist rudely stated that I needed to get full panoramic x-rays, or she would not see me, and that I could not come back unless I agreed to her terms. She refused to perform a cleaning and checkup, so I had to leave the office. Of course I am getting a different dentist. I am OK with bitewing x-rays but did not want the full panoramic x-rays. What a wonderful experience! Everyone and I mean everyone treated me as if I had been a patient of theirs for years.
