I had an appointment for my regular cleaning and also needed an onlay. The office staff were able to schedule me for the onlay right after my cleaning was finished. It was a quick and painless procedure. Dr. Pfister and his staff were very professional and helpful. That's why Dr. Pfister has been my dentist for 27 years.

The staff was very professional, yet at the same time personable, so you didn't feel anxious. But then, I'd rather go to the dentist than to a doctor! That's another thing. I didn't have to wait around for a hour, an hour and a half to get into my appointment. It was an 8 AM appointment and I was in within about 10 minutes. During my exam, everything was explained so I knew exactly what was happening, I was shown my x-rays, so nothing was a surprise.
