Dr. Bobs screwed up our insurance for years, trying to charge us thousands of dollars even though we had great insurance. Finally they figured it out, after we paid them way more than we were supposed to. then, we were charged a fee for missing a appointment and we asked for a one time courtesy to waive the fee. they said no, because they had already made an adjust to our account. but that adjustment was because of their screw up to begin with! we are currently looking for a new practice elsew...read morehere. read less

The staff is very confident from the moment you walk in the door, but most importantly for me I have had Tiffany for the past few years and I am so comfortable with her as I said in my review title she is so competent and relational! That is a wonderful combination. She has great people skills and puts me at ease. I have never been physically uncomfortable in her chair and does a beautiful job cleaning my teeth and I very comprehensive way. She is such an asset to the group.

I am terrified of dental work and was extremely nervous about Dr. Zack, a new dentist for me. He and the staff were fantastic, and it did not hurt!
