I moved back to Binghamton after several years of living out of state. I treated with the Lalor office before I left and called them when I came back because I really liked their treatment. I was due for a cleaning and I received the same excellent treatment I remembered. They did x-rays of my entire mouth at no extra charge to me so they would know exactly what treatment I might need.

stephanie took her time and explained everything before she did it. she was very through and gentle at the same time.she is great asset to your company and the patients she takes care of. i felt that she did a great job on my teeth .she has great personality and i felt at ease as soon as i walked in the door

All of the staff go out of their way to be friendly, helpful and proffessional. Extra time was given to me to explain everything I needed and be sure I was very well taken care of. I highly recommend them!

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist.But I am so glad I came to your office.Everyone is so nice.I had a follow up visit on my periodontal disease.The hygienist is so nice and very helpful.I told her I was havibg a grandson and she gave me a little bag with a onesie in it.I was shocked.I also received a very nice nice travel mug for referring a friend.I have never gone to the dentist and received anything.Only a bill!Thank you so much.You have a wonderful staff on Front Street.
