Dr. Gallo and her staff are amazing. I have a special needs son who was afraid of the dentist. They were great with him and my daughter. She made them feel comfortable and relaxed while she quickly did what she needed to. I recommend them highly.
New to the area I was looking for a pediatric dentist and received a recommendation from my neighbor to go see Dr Gallo and I’m so glad I did! Dr Gallo was amazing with my little girl. She made her feel comfortable and being a parent with everything going on with Covid the office was spotless, has new air filters and plexiglass shields up needless today I was at ease myself.
We had an urgent situation with our 2-year-old. They squeezed us in same-day and they were simply wonderful with her! They put on her favorite show to watch during the exam and gave her lots of little prizes for being good. Highly recommend!
Dr Gallo was patient, kind and sensitive to my daughter's anxiety. My daughter didn't even realize she had had a novocaine shot. I highly recommend her and her excellent staff as providing a worry-free experience today and on all visits with both of my children.
Dr. Gallo and her staff are absolutely the best. We just had our routine 6 month visit the other day. My daughter is 6 and my son is 3 (will be turning 4 in March). Kelly worked on Sofia while Rafael watched and then worked on Rafael. Rafael was a little bit challenging and Kelly was just the sweetest with him. The dentist was very professional, explained the complex dental problems that my daughter has and explained in detail the plan for her further dental care.
What a great experience I just took my 17 month old son Here for his first Dentist appt. The waiting room had plenty of different play stations fun for all Ages! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Over all Spotless facility and Friendly staff I recommend Southwoods Pediatric to all parents
This place is incredible. My 2 year old loves going to the dentist! They are thorough and explain everything to the parents clearly all while doing an exam that my daughter thinks is just a game.
