I've never been afraid of the dentist, we started going young and I like pretty teeth. I also like the new location. Another good cleaning. Some stuff, with my teeth, I know is caused by my lack of flossing. So she cleaned and polished my teeth. Overall I do pretty well with my teeth. 1 hour and I was out. Was happy no cavities and I don't need to be seen again until my next cleaning.

I am a new patient to Dr Bobs and I’m so glad I chose them after reading so many great reviews.I needed some dental work done after my crown broke off at the root. Since I had had some very traumatic experiences at dentists in the past, it was extremely important to find a good dentist that I was comfortable with.From the moment I walked into their new office, I knew it was different than others I had been to. The office was inviting, the staff was friendly and their interactions with each other...read more spoke volumes on what type of place it was.At my second visit, the dentist asked if there was anything he could do to calm my anxiety of the dentist. That made me feel so calm. We came up with a game plan and I went back today for my dental work. I was not anxious at all to have the work done and all during my visit I listened to the staff interacting with each other as well as the patients. I’ve never experienced such a positive environment in a place that causes so much anxiety in so many people. I know I’ve told them a plenty of times when I’ve been in the office, I appreciate them so much! I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. Bobs screwed up our insurance for years, trying to charge us thousands of dollars even though we had great insurance. Finally they figured it out, after we paid them way more than we were supposed to. then, we were charged a fee for missing a appointment and we asked for a one time courtesy to waive the fee. they said no, because they had already made an adjust to our account. but that adjustment was because of their screw up to begin with! we are currently looking for a new practice elsew...read morehere. read less
