We have been going to Doctor Charland’s office for a few years since moving to Rindge. She and her Team are very professional and very friendly which make for pleasant visits to the dentist. We recommend them.
As expected, my cleaning went very well. I appreciate the relationship that has developed over many years with the hygienist, Renee (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name). She always makes sure that I have as pain-free experience as possible. Office staff are always friendly and professional. The entire facility is always clean and it’s a comfort knowing there are top of the line air purifiers in every room. Thank you Dr. Charland for going above and beyond!!

I have had some traumatic experiences at the dental clinic in the past. But here I can relax. Charlene understands me.
I have been to many dentists over the years and I have to say this is one of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met. I have had some issues with a temporary bridge and I have received quick care. Dr Charland even came in on Saturday of the 4th July weekend to take care of a problem. How many dentists will do that for you? Highly recommend Dr. Charland and her entire staff!
Signature Smiles is efficient, clean, and very Friendly. Going to the dentist is never someone's favorite thing to do, but Signature Smiles makes the visit more comfortable than other Dentist I have used.

I used to hate going to the Dentist. I now go every 3 months and see Renee. Renee is sooooo awesome. I know I am not an easy patient, but Renee makes me feel like I am.

The office has all the latest air purifiers. COVID policy is not over restrictive they just want everyone to feel safe. You are greeted like you matter. Before the dental hygienist starts to work she will ask you what type of music you would like to listen to. They are all kind and caring. And the dentist is very funny and is up to date with the latest technology. We wouldn’t go anywhere else !
