Extremely pleasant and friendly staff! Efficient, thorough and painless! Can’t say enough great things. I was at another practice for over 20 years and can’t believe I didn’t make the switch sooner!
I was able to be seen immediately, office and staff were very nice. I met with Dr. Clerisme who had a kind approach during my short visit.
As a patient that has anxiety with going to a dentist and not really knowing if I needed and an extraction or root canal; I took a gamble driving 3hrs to get rid of 5 days worth of pain. The only location I called that could actually care for an emergency before September. A simple thank you wouldn't be enough. Honestly I would recommend anyone that needs immediate dental help come here. Staff was very straightforward, and helpful. Regardless of whether you have dental insurance or not the staff here will make every effort to help accommodate you. Even if you are a big baby like me.
I needed to come here for a broken crown, and my dentist was on vacation. They got me in and out, taking X-rays, and shaved part of my tooth from my root canal that was scraping the inside of my cheek. I will follow back up with my dentist when they return from vacation. I am also looking at switching dental providers. I had a great experience here. I was worried about infection, and they assured me there was no infection, just scraping of my cheek. I have Autism and when it comes to Dentists I tend to not go, I don't remember how long it's been since I actually had any type of care done to my teeth. I rather build and design websites and manage peoples social media then deal with my teeth. I have to get my teeth taken care of I'm closer to 50 then I am 40 years of age. When I Broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain, I called several Dental offices in the Manchester, NH area, Amoskeag Urgent Dental Care Was the only one to call me back the very next morning to fit me in to there schedule. They even called me back before my Appointment to let me know that they do not accept the insurance that I currently have and to give me the option to go somewhere else, if I wanted. I called Amoskeag Urgent Dental Care on 4/1 after I broke a tooth at lunchtime and my dentist since college in Kittery Point Maine had closed at noon; they got me in within 90 minutes, located my insurance info for me without my card, and Azemina made me feel well cared for right off the bat.
