I was sad to learn Shayna had moved out of the area (my former dental hygienist). However, the new hygienist I saw (new to me) was friendly, polite, professional and thorough. Thank you. The only reason I gave an 8 is because one of the staff members in the back (not the hygienist who saw me) was not wearing a mask. I felt uncomfortable and was frustrated when she came into the area where my teeth were being cleaned and my mouth was wide open. I am hoping this does not continue. Thank you.

Here again, I was told by Sr Care Plus that cleanings and Xrays have no charge. Upon leaving I was told $27.00 - 20% copay. She tried to explain to no avail. If pricing is different than what Delta and SCP state then the customer should be told up front that there will be a charge for the visit and the amount.The hygienist was super.

Where do I begin? I am thrilled to finally find a place I can call home! What a perfect experience with kind and knowledgeable staff! My husband called on a Sunday morning and left a message that I had an extraction and 3 days later was having extreme pain. Dr. West called back that same morning with recommendations and got me in to see him the following day. The offices are very nice, and the staff are wonderful. Dr. West is very knowledgeable, and pleasant.

Doctor West. - Your hygienist is absolutely all wool and a yard wide as we say in the South. She makes a bad day good. She posseses one of the best chair-side manners I have ever experienced.
