We are new to the area and needed to establish care with a dentist. A colleague from work recommended Dichus Family Dentistry, and I'm so glad she did! On my first visit, Dr. Dichus was thorough and efficient, but I never felt rushed. He took the time to explain my options, and I appreciated that his treatment plan was conservative and aligned with my wishes.His assistant Christine was very friendly and nice. The office staff was also very helpful in obtaining the records from my previous dentist in Utah.My husband also received care from Dr. Dichus for a very painful tooth abscess. He hadn't been to a dentist in years (due to high anxiety related to previous negative experiences). I appreciated that Dr. Dichus was not judgmental about my husband's recent lack of dental care. Instead, he was thorough yet gentle in his exam, and was able to recommended a good oral surgeon to perform my husband's tooth extractions. The office coordinator Sonja was also very understanding of my husband's anxiety, and took the time to schedule his cleaning with a hygienist that would be empathetic and accommodating of his anxiety related to dental procedures.All in all, we have had a very positive experience with Dr. Dichus and his team.
