My son really like the oral surgeon! Ian liked that he told him everything that is going to happen. During the explanation, Ian was given options on whether he wanted completely sedated or twilight. Ian is not fond of needles. The staff was extremely nice, asked if we had questions. Office clean, and staff keeps the experience real, but the calmness in the office is reassuring and patients feel comfortable!!
Great people friendly place but you at ease and great place to go
I needed to have a tooth pulled which had been causing me issues. Upon arriving at the Midland Dental Group office; it was like they were waiting for me and had everything prepared and ready to go for my procedure. Eveything went well and everyone was kind and professional during my experience. Thank you very much! I would definitely recommend them for great dental care!
hi there. i have just finally fully woken up from my pain meds and i was eating some apple sauce and i spit up a part of a tooth. i had thought maybe it was just some of my wisdom teeth that didn’t get cleaned out. but my molar right next to my tooth is missing a big chunk. and pieces keep falling off. what do i do? and do i come back in the morning or do i go to the emergency room? i am 2 hours away from you guys and no one in my area takes my insurance.

The front desk staff were very nice and the technicians were very nice and made sure I was alright. Dr McConnell was amazing and put my anxiety at ease. He would make sure to ask me throughout the procedure if I was doing okay. All around best dentist office!
I have severe anxiety in general but especially when it comes to dentists which has caused a few of my teeth to begin to go to crud as of late. I needed an extraction. I called got in just about a week after I called. Dr. McConnel was so kind and has such good chair side manner as does the dental assistant he had working with him on my case. The staff was very friendly. I receive a through explanation of the procedure.
Found out the cavity I had fixed 6 months ago, and been coming here for years, was put in wrong and has a gap beneath it. And the dentist on site then told me to make sure I floss well, she never even offered to fix it. Thank goodness for the kind help up front that said the company would fix it for free. Question now is do I even feel comfortable returning?
They were prompt, answered all questions and very polite.
