I know I am not the only person out here that dislikes going to the dentist.... even for an exam and cleaning. No words are adequate when describing how much I have dreaded this... in the past. I had been to Hays once in the past (over a year ago) and had an unfortunate experience with a receptionist (whom I do not believe is still there). While the Dentist was kind, I hardly had the opportunity to appreciate it as I was upset before I even got to see him. The office people were pleasant which created a good start and it only got better from there. I solemly believe Dr Wasserburger is the kindest, nicest Dentist in the entire world. I usually take 2 years or more to get a cleaning. I called and the front desk was super friendly and got me right in. The x-rays didn't hurt like they always have in the past. Very cool new system. They got me right in for a cleaning, which was truly amazing. The hygienist was very pleasant and very good at her job. My mouth has NEVER EVER felt so clean. She was awesome. I have never before been very impressed by dental services. Hayes, however, is without question impressive, out front and uses state-of-the-art tools, technology, and training of their staff. To find this in Bozeman is great.

I am very glad I switched dentists and came to Hays dental group. They went abover and beyond my expectations. They are very thorough and gentle in the care they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but i am very comfortable during my visits there!

From being greeted at the front desk with genuine warmth by Monica(and others) to very caring yet no pressure financing options from Karena to absolutely outstanding expertise by Dr. Max and Trish, my visit to Hays Dental was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist. Two days in to a 14 day vacation I broke a tooth, thought maybe I could tough it out, but no way, though our dental group they found us the nearest dentist. OH....... Thank you Hays Dental! For being last minute we got in very quickly, professional, kind considerate. Vacation saved. Thank You!!! Ernie

I arrived with a tooth ache; discovered a chip and a crack through a tooth under my filling. Dr. Schwieterman and Michelle took great care of me. My filling was removed and I left with a crowned tooth two hours later. And the whole process was relatively painfree. I highly recommend these two.
