When I first arrived I was nervous about the fact that there aren't individual rooms, I had never been to a dental facility like that. However, it is extremely clean, the staff is extremely professional, friendly, and completely non-judgemental. I had to get 4 teeth fixed. Dr. Full, and the ladies assisting were fabulous. They talked me through each procedure and everything they did was painless and professional. The staff up front were also friendly. Such a great experience!
The facility is well-maintained and always clean/well lit. The front desk staff is courteous and easy to talk to both in person and on the phone. I have been able to request the same hygienist each visit, and she is patient and kind with my teeth issues. I admittedly have had no continuity with dentists, each visit has been a different doctor. However, this has never been an issue for me, and I assume if one needed or wanted the continuity the staff would assist in making that happen.
I'm not one to like going to the dentist got 7 teeth pulled including my wisdom teeth and it was painless and fair price

Incredibly friendly staff. The dentists and hygienists take excellent care of their patients. My son (6yo) and I both are never very excited to go to the dentist but Forum Dental always makes it a great experience. I would not take my son or myself anywhere else. THANK YOU Forum Dental!

Before I came here I had an awful experience at another dentist a little over a year ago so when I came for a filling I was anxious and nervous. Dr. Kiene Was amazing and so were his assistants. He was very understanding and honestly pretty cool . He had Genuine conversations with me about my life and actually cared. He listened to my concerns and acknowledged them and was very informative. I hardly ever write reviews or fill out these surveys, and NEVER give out all perfect marks... Forum in St. Robert deserves the highest and more. I have never received better customer service from a medical practitioner. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor on site was not just friendly, they seemed excited to meet me and have me there. All my questions were answered and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
