We used to ever wait very long . Today both my kids appointments were at 11. The place was packed wall to wall so my kids and I sat outside . Finally 11:45 they called one of my kids back . She tried to make my other child sit out in the waiting room by himself and then told me I could sit out there with him but would have to leave my other child . Of course he came with us and then about 15 mins later (12pm) the tech found him and called him back. The techs aren’t ever very friendly , they seem...read more overwhelmed and in a hurry . My son has braces and she didn’t even floss his teeth properly . Did a quick on top of the brackets and not by the gum line . I was not impressed with the circus like , factory is seems to be now . I guess we need to find a new office . Definitely no social distancing taking place and they are making way too many appointments and can’t handle them . read less

Terrible rules. They charged me 6 dollars for 3 masks. Terrible rules. Mask is free everywhere. Isn’t enough ur charging our insurance carrier? Terrible experience.

I absolutely loved Accent Dental! The minute we walked in, my kids were captivated by the beautiful aquarium in the lobby. I also loved how my child was able to look at TV while getting his teeth cleaned. The doctor and staff were all informative, genuine and professional. I would recommend anyone here and this is where my family will come from now on.

It was my 3yr old first visit to the Dentist. He was shy, nervous & had a bunch of anxiety. Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist was very professional. They explained everything to me & my son. He felt very comfortable and was put to ease by the Dental Hygienist that took pics of his teeth & cleaned/flossed his teeth. This is "THE BEST" child dentist place in St.Louis. ALL OF THE STAFF was so professional and nice. Right before my child had surgery, they made sure he was comfortable and it made me more comfortable because I was beyond nervous for him. He was definitely in good hands. I highly recommend this place!!!! They are awesome. ❤ Thanks for wishing him a Happy Birthday the other day. That was so sweet. ❤❤❤

Seriously one of the best medical offices I have ever been to. I have 5 kids and they do their absolute best to work with our schedule. They are so friendly and a great sense of humor!!!
