Had my first visit and both the dental hygienist and dentist were very thorough. They took their time and explained things to me that had never been explained at a dental visit before. The dentist recommended some improvements that could be made, but I did not feel pressured to make any decisions. Great new patient experience!
I was impressed by how advanced your equipment is and how expert your techniques. Also, everyone is so friendly and nice.
I’m here in Boston visiting my son. And one of my cats came off my tooth! He calls the office and they got me in right away to repair it. Very pleasant experience. The staff and the doctor was very pleasant .
I was surprised that I got an appointment the first day I called. I had expected to have to wait a lot longer than that. Everybody was so nice and made me feel welcome.

Another great visit at Concord Dental from start to finish! The receptionist was friendly and checked me right in. Janice is awesome and came out to greet me and set me so there was no delay. Stacy was my hygienist and very professional. She does a very thorough job and makes you feel at ease. This time I had Dr. Wilkes who was very knowledgeable and fully answered all my questions. I have been a patient at concord dental for over 20 years. I always feel heard and all my dental needs are met with professional and friendly faces. The staff is amazing and I always leave with a smile I am proud of.
