I have only ever had 2 dentist my ENTIRE life. I came here because I wanted a 2nd opinion and they had a special going for what I needed. When I tell you that they made me feel so calm and at home I am not lying. My service I needed was 1/2 the price my dentist wanted and my dentist there cracked jokes and had me laughing! I highly recommend them and honestly, I will probably be switching dentist. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could!
I have been coming to this dentist for 2 years now and I definitely love these guys. They are very efficient, professional, and friendly. This year they have really handled Covid with excellence and I definitely feel safe and comfortable with all their precautions in place.Side Bonus to going here is that their chairs also massage your back.
During my last visit, I had quite a bit of work done and I'm proud to say that I'm decay free! There should be a bell in the office to ring when someone is decay free! More importantly, while in the massaging chair, I completely feel asleep while all of the work was being done. I couldn't believe. Very proud of my smile. You will be too.
I have had terrible dental experiences in the past where dentists have told me that I need a thousands of dollars of different things done under the disguise of doing what they would do for their family. After being scared off for a few years, I was immediately made more comfortable by the staff here and Dr. Cao who assured me that conservative is the way to go. I left feeling confident in my dental care for the first time in years!
The whole team at Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry of Kansas City was friendly, responsive and professional. They are doing a great job with COVID-19 precautions and ensuring their patients and staff are safe. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental work!
My experience was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming. The office was clean. The service was fast and the doctors were very knowledgeable. They made me feel at home from the moment I stepped foot in there. My service charges were explained to me clearly. I laughed with the people taki g care of me. Love it!!!!
I absolutely love this place. Smiles from the time you walk in. Definitely a no judgement dentist. You constantly hear " You are running this" or "What is it that you need". Beautiful waiting area although I didn't stay there long. I filled out all my paperwork online and sent my insurance card via email. I literally just went in my purse to show my ID and I was showed the into the back. Mollie and the other dental assistant were very welcoming, kind, and professional. I went in for a cleaning and consultation as a new patient. After my cleaning I spoke with one of the lead dentists about the extraction of my wisdom teeth. He was knowledgable and made sure to give me sound advice on how we should proceed with such procedure.This office was referred to me and I couldnt be more excited to have Cosmetic and Inplant Dentistry of KC as my primary dental office.
Dr Shapiro and her staff are friendly and comforting. She is a wonderful dentist.
Friendly staff all around! Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were all very friendly. The dentist also took time to explain how my teeth and gums looked, and actually showed me with a small camera scope aimed at my teeth. Had a good experience and will definitely return!
