From check- in until dental work was completed my experience was great. I left with a new crown created and placed in one appointment. MacKensie was great, she was attentive, friendly and made sure I was doing okay throughout the process. Dr. LIsenby designed and placed my front crown and it looked great. Dr. Lisenby was also attentive to my needs and was thorough and precise with my treatment. Best dentist I have every been to.

From the time I entered the office door I felt at ease and each and every employee helped me move through the process. In my case I needed an oral surgeon and they were very helpful and thoughtful.

Full-service family dentists! My children have seen Dr. Pickens since they've had teeth! He has performed sealant procedures and a couple of fillings. Exceptional service from hygienists as well. My husband and I see Dr. Lizinbee and couldn't be more pleased with the service he and his team provide as well. I recently had a scheduling issue (basically showed up for my cleaning at the day/time I was told but not actually scheduled for. They are upfront with what they charge for every procedure. They are positive, down to Earth, and respectful to my children and myself. I chose this office and group of people for my family over the others for these reasons and more.

I have seen Dr. Lisenby since his practice first started. I have seen many different dentists and usually end up changing because the attitudes of the dentists that I was seeing. I have very unique teeth in which they are weak and small and no matter what I would do, I would still get LECTURED for the lack of taking care of my teeth. I now go every four months for a cleaning and my children go as well. They absolutely love and trust their whole staff. Each hygienist is amazing and so accommodating. I've also utilized the orthodontics services for both myself and my daughter and we love Dr. Francis. The staff for the whole office is so personable and helpful that words can not explain how much I appreciate them. I truly recommend going to Plaza Dental. This recommendation coming from a patient who would have panic attacks when the word dentist was mentioned hopefully will drive home how truly amazing this office is and that their atmosphere, attention to customer service and services offered far exceed any other dental offices in the area. read less

The dentists at Plaza Dental Group, and all who work there are friendly and polite. They treat you like you are someone special. They even offered me a bottle of water. They take the time to tell you what they are about to do in the exam. When you need to go back as I do to have a tooth removed they explain it to you verbally and then they give you a treatment plan explaining not only what they are going to do, but what the cost is. How much the insurance will pay if you have insurance, and ...read morewhat your cost out of pocket will be. This way when you go back to get the procedure done you no what to expect. I would recommend Plaza Dental Group to anyone looking for a great dentist. They also will start treating you or your children as pediatrics on. They do general dentistry, orthodontics, extractions, they can even do several stages of sedation, including complete IV sedation like in a hospital, but for less cost than an operating room, to extract your tooth if that is what is required. I am so impressed with services at Plaza Dental! It is so great to have children's dentist & orthodontist, adult dentist, & oral surgeon all in one location. On orthodontia, it seems to be extremely high tech. My 11 yrs old had stage one braces over a year ago & it is amazing every time we see the change in his jaw. It will make the stage 2 (regular braces) much shorter & what we paid for stage 1 is taken off the charge for stage 2. Also, the staff is wonderful! The little boys both love their dentist..is just enough direct that they pay attention & follow through w/instructions. BTW, if you haven't been to a dentist in an extended length of time, they do not talk down to you or lecture you.
