I have been going to Chase for five years. He really cares and goes out of his way to make sure you get the best possible care with the most possible comfort. His staff is equally great. You can't go wrong with Chase Patton. Highly recommend!!
After 28 years at the same dental practice and having a very bad experience there when I actually needed my dentist not just a cleaning, a friend recommened Dr. Patton, and I was very happy with my first experince there! Very through, polite and caring staff!
Dr Patton and his staff went above and beyond to help my son. Our regular pediatric dentist couldn’t get us in for several days but Dr Patton’s office made time for us and spent 2 hours assessing him and calling specialists to figure out exactly what was the best plan of care for him. We needed help and they stepped up to the challenge. We are tremendously grateful!
Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. Being seen as an emergency patient with a broken tooth and my dentist out of town .I felt comfortable and at ease with being treated as a long time patient. Dr. Pattons office was great with my dental emergency when my 15 year old veneer popped off. The staff got me in that day and Dr. Patton was able to re-cement my veneer back on without complication and discussed long term options with me. Very pleased and satisfied!
Dr. Patton pays attention. He listens to what I want, lets me know what my mouth/teeth condition is like and gives me reasonable options. Those are why I'll keep going back...
1st visit with Dr. Patton: happy he retained Dr. Russell's staff for continuity and he seems to have the same philosophy and personality as Doc Russell. Looking forward to the years ahead :-)
