The Receptionist at the front door office (window) wasn’t very pleasurable while talking to over the phone or at the window . She never updated us as to when we would be seen or if we would be seen at all the day that we went . She’d told us the day before when walk-ins were and so the next morning we were there at 10 am . We were sent to our car to be called in for our turn . We waited and waited. I had to call them and remind them that we were still out there in the parking lot because nobody ...read morewas calling us to update us on about when or if we would be seen . Me and my daughter left the parking lot and was gone for an hour and went back they never even knew we’d left . So once again I called and asked about when would we know anything and she told us to come back at 2pm. Nobody called us I called them again at 2:45 and nobody picked up the phone . They called me back Ten mins later and said they were ready for us. The no updates At all from them ticked me, the me having to call them so many times ticked me , and the wait of having to wait to know if we’d be able to be seen or not ticked me , and the receptionist ticked me . Once we got into the office EVERYONE ELSE that we saw and spoke to was GREAT. They saved me from being very ugly after we got inside. It was an all day event. My dentist was great, the dental assistant AWESOME. Thank you for seeing us . read less

We are, however, sorry your wait experience was unpleasant. We typically call our walk ins once we are ready to provide service. We understand that the wait can be unpredictable, as we are doing our best to work you into our scheduled patient care.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was attentive and did a great job with the cleaning. The dentist was also friendly and personable.
