As always, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I interact with is very nice, helpful and skilled at their respective roles. I feel like I'm meeting up with good friends more than having a dental exam and cleaning. I'm ever so thankful for finding Lakeside Dentistry!

My first visit was scheduled at 9AM, but I was asked to come early to fill out paperwork. Very easy process. I was called back to the exam room BEFORE 9AM. The hygienist and doctor were doing the x-rays, exam, etc. right away. I had questions about cost for a service; the staff didn't sugar-coat that a crown would be $1,400 (I was very shocked at a different dentist office when I got a crown that was much more costly than quoted.) I appreciate their promptness!

I have been going to Lakeside for quite a few years, and have never received better care anywhere! The staff are kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. They will give you honest advice, even if it means they won't make as much money in the process.

Another great appointment at Lake Side. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. I enjoy talking with the technician and the dentist and they could put anyone at ease.

We have been going to Lakeside Dentistry for years. The staff is courteous, gentle and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them, nor would we consider using anyone else. Dr. Gores and his staff are the best!!

Dr Scott is amazing. She's conservative, so doesn't recommend procedures until you actually need them. She's also very gentle, patient and always has a smile. Tonya, the hygienist, is wonderful. She also is gentle and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Like Side is a dental sanctuary. People are wonderful, accommodating, tactful and caring. The other day the LS staff and Dr. Lucy Gores and Dr.James Gores pretty much brought me back to life - when I had a REALl emergency. Lucy was extremely patient, understanding and professional. While I was in Rochester visiting the Mayo Clinic, I went to Lakeside Dentistry to obtain advise about how to best address a cracked tooth caused by an endodontist in Hawaii.
