Anna was very thorough in cleaning and informative as to my dental care. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very pleasant to have cared for my teeth. Chelsey was friendly and helpful at the front desk as I sought to pay for the services as well as setting up the next appointment. Chelsey followed through with an email as promised. My appointment proved to be not only a "painless" experience, but pleasant as well.

Anna did an excellent job on my teeth cleaning yesterday, very thorough and informative. Dr Funke has done an outstanding job for me in all the areas of dentistry they offer. I fell 3 years ago breaking my front teeth and now have beautiful new caps on them thanks to the patience and teamwork of Dr Funke and other experts in Rochester. Dr. Funke was so kind and really liustened to what I was saying. He did a lip, tongue and cheek tie release on my two week old son. It was a quick 15 minutes. They cared for my son like he was their own. I highly recommed.

There I was. Alone in Minnesota. Visiting from out of state. When the worst thing that can happen to a person happened to me. Tooth pain. I quickly asked the heavens for the best place in town to receive dental care and within seconds my Fruit Loops™ formed into the words "Med City Dental" I immediately called to schedule my appointment and got booked for the next day. That night I lie awake fearing the worst. Would the dentist steal all of my teeth? Make me sing show tunes? Fear gripped me that...read more night, but when I awoke the next morning a wave of tranquility swept over me knowing that all would be well. I arrived to the dentist office and immediately dropped my phone and cracked my screen. Not at all their fault or relevant to this review just a tragic thing that happened to me. Anyways once I emotionally recovered from that I went into the exam room and met the two most absolutely sweetest people I have ever met in a dentist office. Dare I say in the entire STATE of Minnesota? I was cared for perfectly. I felt like an injured baby bird who had been nursed back to health. Never in my life have I had so much fun at a dentists office. Starting today I will never brush my teeth again in the hopes that I can find another reason to visit them. 10/10 would recommend read less

Anna, the hygienist, was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and gentle. She explained everything very well. Dr. Funke performed a thorough examination as usual. Another great experience!
