I am so appreciative of the care and expertise of Christina at Gentle Family Dentistry when cleaning my teeth! She was gentle, personable and cleaned my teeth with the Cavitron which I just loved. Dr Rakas came in and discussed my treatment plan; always so caring. I absolutely love this office and their great staff!

I was experiencing tooth pain, and the team had me scheduled for the same day. After Dr. Yest determined that I needed a root canal, they had me on antibiotics the same day and scheduled for the procedure the following day.

I love the dentists and hygienists at gentle family dentistry so much, they've always been very kind and respectful. Dr. Rakas especially is very knowledgable and non-judgemental, answering any questions clearly and succinctly with a smile. I have always felt I was in good hands here and never felt like they were pushing me towards purchases as other dentist offices have done in the past. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone, very good small town family dentist.

I’d recommend Gentle Family Dentistry of South Lyon to anyone and everyone! They took a chicken of a patient (my term, not theirs) and guided me through the process. The end result is they made me a beautiful partial that makes me look years younger (according to those who have seen me wearing it!) Dr. Yest is a fantastic dentist that understands her patients. It truly is pain free.
