Great experience they did a very pain free job and were very friendly and pleasant

This was my first visit to the office and I was quite impressed. I was taken right on time and had a very thorough prophy, charting and x-rays by Madison. She told me what my insurance was covering and what expenses I would be responsible for. Everyone at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. Very good practice.
This is the first & only dental office I’ve been to in many many years. I work normal office hours & the flexibility in their appointments being as early as 730am is great for me! The staff is always friendly whenever I go in for an appointment or have to call with questions. I feel comfortable and not judged or looked down on (because not everyone has perfect teeth) coming to this office. Of course you’d expect these types of offices to be clean & this one absolutely is! This office has went "above and beyond" multiple times for myself and my entire family! Most recently, I had scheduled an appointment for a crown replacement and I was surprise to find the pain was coming from under my bridge. Dr. Namou and his amazing dental assistant Danielle completely "switched gears" and took care of my bridge with care and compassion. My family and I have been going to this office for many years. The staff is professional and polite. The dentists will also offer different treatment options when possible. This is much appreciated. I can’t say enough about our dental hygienist Sarah. She is thorough, caring and does an amazing job. She’s been taking great care of us for almost a decade. She’s almost like family now!
The staff at Howell Dental have been my dental professionals for over 25 years. The facility is extremely clean and sanitary, the dentists are polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative.
