I am absolutely amazed with Dr. Berard and his whole team, they are ALL so welcoming, friendly, very attentive to EVERY need and so gentle. Before coming to this dentistry I dreaded the upcoming appointment(s) to the dentist and always felt like just another business transaction, I definitely don't feel like that here and never have. I always walk out of their office more then satisfied. The only regret I have is not finding their office sooner. I couldn't recommend Dr Berard and his entire team...read more enough! I went in for a crown and my experience was Amazing from the time I walked in the door until I time I left! The staff and dr were very friendly, informative, on time, and most of all very caring! This experience definitely exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend this office!!!! Thank you for making my visit so easy!!!

I avoided the dentist for years until I found Dr. Berard. He is the most kind and understanding dentist I have ever encountered. Staff is helpful and compassionate as well. On my last visit Mariah was so compassionate and supportive when I asked about a personal dental matter. If you have a fear of dentists, you will be treated with kindness and respect. Even though Dr. Berard’s office is 30 minutes from our home, we are so happy we made the switch from our South Haven dentist 1-1/2 years ago. Dr. Berard and his staff use the latest equipment and procedures, everyone is professional and personable, the office is very clean, and time is taken to explain procedures and answer questions. Last, but not least, appointments always start on time! I’ve had several dentists over the years and Dr. Berard is the best! I highly recommend him.

By far the BEST experience I've ever had from a dentist. From the friendly staff that welcomed me, to the pain free experience in the chair! Definitely attention to detail, with professional care. Love this place!
