I had a new lady by the initials of K.B. She did a new thing and that was to only numb 1/4th of my mouth at a time and clean that section and then go on to the next. This was very clever to me because the topical numbing agent did not lose its potency this way. She also had magnifying glasses on so she could see what she was doing more clearly and perhaps get a better job done. I have a sore mouth, but I always do, and I think that is not avoidable. I am not sure if I really should give this a good review or not. I called on a Monday stated that my cleaning was the next week but my crown just fell off could they get me in sooner for the cleaning and fix the crown. I was given an appt the next day and never told this was considered an emergency situation and that they really didn't have time for me. After my cleaning, I fell asleep for what I guess was almost an hour. Hard to believe but that is what appeared to have happened. I didn't ...read more
