My most recent appointment went great, as usual. I was running late due to traffic and was stressed, but the staff was very nice and nonjudgmental about it and my stress disappeared. Alicia does a great job cleaning and answering questions, and it’s always great to see Dr. Branham. She is so talented, I have had zero problems with my crown from last year, it has always felt totally natural. I had a billing question and that was handled quickly and nicely too. Excellent service from every person I had contact with. I left for a time because we moved further away. That was a mistake. The other place tried to talk me into procedures I did not need.Now I'm back and am pleased to see there is no need for such things in this office. They attract new business by providing the latest and best improvements available. So, I couldn't be happier or more confident that I am receiving the best of care.
