I have been coming to this office few years and I almost wanted to stop coming in because the previous Dental Hygienist always just did a fast cleaning and that was it. My husband however informed me that there is a new Dental Hygienist and that she was great and actually took the time to explain what the issue is rather then say brush your teeth and floss and send you out. I’ve been going to River Oaks Dental for four years this is a new location on Warren Ave. they’ve always been very friendly helpful and dedicated to the services that they provide. I really appreciate Kim the receptionist she makes sure you understand your billing costs, the hygienist the, dental assistants. they will let you set up a payment plan, for your treatment, and they really take care of the children they come in for visits. They accept all forms of Medicaid, performs root canals, filli...read morengs, (white & Mercury). A great place if your looking for a new dentist. read less

I really appreciate the ladies that work at this office , they go above and beyond for their patients. The ladies that work at the desk call and confirm with you week in advance then few days in advance and then the day before, it shows how dedicated they are to there job and providing good care. They are very respectful when arriving and are very professional. After waiting the hygienist , I forgot her name but she is amazing AMAZING, One of the best Hygienist I have been to in forever. She tak...read morees her time explains the procedure that will be completed today then makes you sign the treatment that will be done today which to me is very helpful because I have been to many offices that do not explain anything to you and you are pretty much lost the whole appointment. It is very ethical of her to show me what will be provided today as many health care providers are not very honest nowadays. After that she really takes care of you provides you wit good care and takes her time to explain what the problem is and how to solve it. After the cleaning she then shows you and repeats what she was discussing during the cleaning and shows you with a model and pictures, knows what she is talking about. Dr. M was also very respectful and gives you a chance to really talk to her and explain what you are in for and takes her time to listen to you. Very good doctor and her assistant Amanda is also really respectful and is helpful . I decided to write a detailed review because of some of the negative reviews on here. Not everyday is perfect things happen but at least the providers at this dental office are professional and take care of you. Thank you read less

First off the staff here is amazing, they're very good about finding appt times that work for me, confirmation calls, as well as calling to make sure I was okay after my procedure. Second Dr. Mackie is amazing. She goes over and beyond to make sure she can help you with all of your dental needs. I had a difficult extraction and because of her I didnt have to go to an oral surgeon. Which helped me save time, money and prolonged discomfort. Even though she was not sure if she'd be able to do it (w...read morehich she was honest about) she gave it her all and got the job done. I at this point trust her with my dental health and im fully confident that she will get my whole oral cavity to where it should be..healthy. I have a lot more work to be done, but extremely blessed to have her on my team. She's also really nice and has great bedside manner. I cant remeber her assistants name but she is absolutely wonderful as well and their chemistry and team work in the office is Awesome. Patient for life. Ayat, the dental hygienist, at this location is great!!!! She's very quick to call you up to the room and kind! Did a great job with my teeth. Batoul, the assistant, is great and kind as well! Will definitely go back for Ayat!!

I have not been to a dentist in 5 years because of switching over my insurance, I was worried going in because of the reviews. But the front desk staff were so professional and nice. They confirmed before hand and soon as I arrived I was brought in . the ladies were respectful and very friendly . I just moved to this office was at another dental office. The front desk staff are very helpful and respectful. I really liked how good the dental Hygienist was, she was very good at what she did, very helpful and really helped answered my questions. I brought in my son for a cleaning appointment , and I must say the Dental Hygienist is AMAZING!!!! She greeted us so respectfully, explained the procedure very well, and made sure she reviewed everything with myself and him before any thing to be done.
