Everyone there is so professional and friendly and am very happy with the results each time I visit. I actually travel 1 1/2 hours just to get there but its worth it!!

At EMA they are friendly and kind. Everyone calls you by name, they care. They “find away”, to accommodate your situation from finances to scheduling. This practice is top shelf.

Visiting Dr. Mariano today at the East long meadow office was a dream. Every single person in that office was beyond nice. I always feel safe seeing Dr. Mariano. He made my tooth extraction and filling so comfortable and easy. He assured me when I got nervous, and his assistant Kiersten I believe was her name, was incredibly sweet. The office is spectacularly clean. I wasn’t nervous, or afraid to speak up if I felt any pain. Which was immediately taken care of. Keep up the amazing work everyone.

Dr Mariano is an exceptional periodontist. A few years ago, I began to experience serious dental issues that led to me needing a dental implant to replace my top teeth. I initially went to Aspen, but found Dr Mariano shortly after because of feeling concerned with Aspen - what if I experience issues, and Aspen won't help?I chose to go with Dr Mariano and feel very happy with the choice.
