Visiting Dr. Mariano today at the East long meadow office was a dream. Every single person in that office was beyond nice. I always feel safe seeing Dr. Mariano. He made my tooth extraction and filling so comfortable and easy. He assured me when I got nervous, and his assistant Kiersten I believe was her name, was incredibly sweet. The office is spectacularly clean. I wasn’t nervous, or afraid to speak up if I felt any pain. Which was immediately taken care of. Keep up the amazing work everyone.

Dr Mariano is an exceptional periodontist. A few years ago, I began to experience serious dental issues that led to me needing a dental implant to replace my top teeth. I initially went to Aspen, but found Dr Mariano shortly after because of feeling concerned with Aspen - what if I experience issues, and Aspen won't help?I chose to go with Dr Mariano and feel very happy with the choice.
