Great experience with Doctor Bernstein and girls in office delightful. Dorothy Wright
I was having a problem with a tooth. I called after hours, received a call back which I missed and Dr. Vo called back several times until I finally was able to connect with her. She immediately called in a prescription for antibiotics to hold me until the morning when I was scheduled for an appointment that day. Dr. Bernstein and Amy took great time during my visit to figure out what was going on and reassure me.
From the front desk to the the back office and to everyone in between, the staff is courteous and helpful. In the back so far I’ve only encountered Gina, who has dealt with my dramatic phobia of dentistry so gracefully, that I kepp coming back and will continue to. Thank you all at Kerr Dental!
This was my first visit here. I found the office to be very professional. My hygienist explained everything very clearly before doing anything! I was extremely impressed!
I couldn’t be more impressed with Kerr Dental. Having to switch dentists as result of a move is never easy. They came highly recommended and the level of professionalism in patient care and service made it clear why. Thanks to Dr. Vo and my hygienist Meghan who was amazing!
they were very accommodating when making my appointment. Also when i arrived at the office (which is really nice amd super clean), everyone was very nice amd made me feel very comfortable. Did not make me wait (unusual for a doctor / dental office!) amd very informative. Thank you all!
