I had a great experience with this office. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, and the Peggy and Dr Vellanki are very professional, very good at what they do, and kind. I had to get some significant work done that took several visits to accomplish. I will normally avoid the dentist at all costs but I was not anxious when I was here. They treated me well, and I will certainly go back if I need further work!

I am very happy, thankful, and pleased for the care and treatment I have received from the staff at new Horizons Family Dental. I started to go here after neglecting my dental health for a while, and an overtly painful abscess sent me looking for help. My dad had a bunch of work done here, and I thought the work looked great, so I called New Horizons. Dr.Gao, who came in to do root canals and extractions, is polite, relaxed, and efficient. Both doctors always make sure I am comfortable and they make sure the procedures are painless. Peggy, the dental assistant is very sweet and knowledgeable to the questions I have. Daliana and Rosi are always polite over the phone or in person, and they are both extremely helpful with figuring out insurance information as well as scheduling appointments into my schedule. All the staff at New Horizons have been extraordinarily caring and helpful in getting my mouth healthy again. I would absolutely recommend New Horizons Family Dental and will keep coming here as long as I can. read less

I brought my son here for his first dental appointment. I was nervous that he'd have a difficult time - nope! Everyone there was great and he was not at all nervous - in fact he asked when he could go back! They even gave him a little toy at the end and a cute little certificate for his "First Ever Dentist Appointment". Definitely recommend New Horizons!

Started going there a few years ago. I have had some pretty extensive work done, crowns and recently a bridge. I have to say I love this practice. First of all , best work I’ve ever had done by any dentist and I have had lots of work done in past years and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. She does not push you into unnecessary work . She is extremely honest, upfront with everything and makes all choices available. They take great care in making sure you are comfortable and as pain free...read more as possible. I ended up here because I had an emergency. I was not even a client and she took me right away . I was in extreme pain and my regular dentist was not even able to accommodate me for a couple days and then wanted to include lots of other work that was not necessary and even had another staff person try to talk me into it before they would book anything.horizon addressed the immediate situation without hesitation. She even took the least invasive route to start. Which worked perfectly and would save me a ton of money. Highly recommend this office and all the staff. Front desk staff is also amazing! As a person new to MA, i was very concerned about choosing the right dentist for my family. During my research to pick the right dentist, I came across Dr. Sujani and decided to go with her based on the reviews I read. After my experience with her and her staff for an year, I would say that she did not disappoint us even a bit. I am very happy that I chose her as our family dentist. She is very gentle with kids and so my kids love going to her. I recently had a filling for a cavity and I was very happy with the feel I got post filling. This was a new experience for me. in the past, whenever I had filling, i used to have the nagging pain and discomfort lasting at least 2 weeks. And now, it was so different with very less pain for a day and then it was all gone. Thanks to you Sujani for taking care of our dental needs. Dr. V and her team were so amazing w my Invisalign process. There were so many discouraging things that made me lose hope it would work but they were so kind and patient and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.
