How can you beat it when you are getting your teeth cleanned and the hygenist recognizes that YOU need not to have a high pressure water pic used, but to do it by hand! THANKS An the staff recognizes the Doctor's recommendation of having your tooth capped until after you get new insurance. This total team cares about YOU

I absolutely love my dental hygienist and the team at GReat Meadows Dental Group in BEdford. Shawna is deeply knowledgeable. Over the years she has substantively improved my dental hygiene and quality of my teeth through education, kindness and deep, nurturing care that is unrivaled by any dental practices that I've participated in elsewhere. I use a water pic because of shawna twice daily and I floss! I had cancer in my upper sinus this past year, had successful surgery and then 6 weeks of radi...read moreation to my head in Jan-Feb 2019. Shawna advised me that I should get additional cleaning because you can lose your teeth after head radiation treatments if they're not cared for properly. It turned out that my insurance has a program to pay for this but hadn't informed me. Because of a letter from the wonderful dentist (and support of the awesome team there -- all the hygienists are great and the dentists are smart, caring and skilled) I found out about a program that my insurance has to pay for extra dental and gum treatments after radiation treatment like mine. The insurance company didn't inform me; Shawna and the team at Great Meadows did and helped me get the insurance support that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I can't recommend this practice highly enough for their kindness, understanding, and depth of knowledge about dental care. read less
