I love this dental practice. If it wasn’t because I moved to RI I would still be their patient. Anyways, I recommend my mom to this practice since her dentures broke and the dental school at BMC was unable to replace it due to insurance purposes. My mom suffer from depression and extreme anxiety. Just the thought of leaving her dentures at the dental office took a toll on her. Not only was Dr.Al able to provide her the temporary dentures in 2 days , he was also able to provide her the permanent replacement a few WEEKS later. When I tell you my mom called me crying with joy. She even wanted me to post this review on her behalf. She is extremely satisfied with Dr.Al and his team. I work around the corner and was just walking by, stopped in to inquire about availability and they took me on the spot for a cleaning and exam. I was in-and-out in about 30 minutes. Excellent and friendly staff, so glad I walked in!

I have had such bad experiences with other dentists and this was the most relaxing and pleasant appointment I have ever had. With the calming music as well as the dentists/dental assistants warm personalities I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family.

I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today (resting on my couch as I write this), and I can honestly say it was a fun experience (I’m probably weird for that hah)!I did have to wait ~20 mins after arriving to actually be seen, but I didn’t really mind as I’m used to wait times regarding medical appointments. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. (:Everything, from the x-rays to the injecting of numbing agent to the extraction itself was done so efficiently, with practically zero ...read morepain (that being said, I do have a high pain tolerance).I enjoyed listening to the chatter and fellow teaching throughout the procedure (although I recognize some people might not enjoy such banter), and felt safe and taken care of the entire time. My 4th wisdom tooth was difficult to extract (I *almost* passed out, not from explicit pain, but from overall intensity) but everyone was reassuring and patient, and consistently checked in with me.11/10 would recommend Mass Dental Associates… I’m so sorry, but I forget most of the names of the doctors and assistants who treated me; a lot of names were uttered. Dr. Al Khateeb was very sweet, as were Maria and Fatteh (disclaimer that I’m likely misspelling Fatteh’s name; I tried to look on their website for names, but couldn’t find any). POINT BEING, everyone was phenomenal and professional. read less
