I am never excited about going to the dentist, but it is a necessity. I have been going to Clearbright since they took over the practice, and have been very happy with the service. I am able to get an early AM appointment, and the technician who does my cleaning is excellent, and very personable. Dr. Tshikaya, fortunately, has not had too do too much work on me, but my I interactions with her have been very good. I recommend you give them a try.
Clear Bright Cosmetic Dentistry delivers excellent service and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this dentist highly!

I have been very pleased with the dental work performed at this office. A crown was replaced recently, it fits perfectly, and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this dentist and her team.
Care and customer relations couldn't be better at ClearBright dentistry. Rita, my hygientist is very personable and patient and helps you to relax throughout the time she spends with you, explains every step she is taking, and praises my efforts to keep my teeth maintained between visits, The Doctor takes her time with me and treats me like a person that she knows and enjoys talking to before she just plunges into my mouth as most dentists do with patients. I was attended to timely. The dentist was professional and thorough in her examination and treatment. In the course of the treatment, she intermittently asked me how I was doing - which was very nice. During prep, the assistant asked if I would like to have fluoride treatment to which I replied no. And I was neither asked nor pressed on it again. Great experience - in and out in 30 minutes.

ClearBright dentistry is a modern office with the latest in technology. they accept many kinds of insurance. They are friendly and efficient.

I had an old filling that was broken and needed replacing. Dr Reid (sp?) was on site for the day and his care was first rate! I wish he were local, I'd send my family to him ! My appointment was for 11:30, and I received a text reminder for both 11:30 AND noon because of office delays. Making the appointment a bit later was not a problem, but I should have received a phone call about the delay rather than just a second "appointment confirmation" with no details as to a change.
We are sorry you felt the way and there wasn't a good communication, its because at the very end of the day the doctor decide to change his schedule due to some emergency. Please let us know if there is anything you will like us to do to correct the mistake for near future.
