Dr. Potluri is very caring in his approach. He listens and provides comfort and reassurance to his patients, as well as thorough explanations about the procedures. I highly recommend him for endodontic dentistry.
I had a very positive experience. This was my first root canal and I was very nervous. The first attempt was not successful because I panicked at the office. However the doctor and staff were very kind. I rescheduled for a week later. During that week I was very nervous and called the doctor's office several times to ask questions and they were very informative. Excellent experience from beginning to end. A series of texts 1) reminded me of my appointment, 2) informed me of my expected co-pay, 3) sent a link to fill out nearly all the necessary forms online, and 4) reminded me of the appointment again. On the day of the appointment, the office looked nice, and all the staff were pleasant and communicated clearly. Dr. Potluri was efficient but gentle. They called the following day to see how I was feeling. A+++++++ from beginning to end.
