North Bay Family Dental office has wonderful staff and the dental service is wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist or want to transfer dentists.

I had to find a new dentist due to insurance changes. I've been going to Dr. Patel for about a year now. The office is clean and modern, the staff is friendly and accommodating, appointment times are respected (little to no wait time), and the location and appointment times are convenient. The hygienist is thorough and the dentist spends adequate time in each appointment. I've been very happy at North Bay Family Dental.

My experience with the entire staff at North Bay Family Dental is they are fantastic. They are extremely respectful and take every precautions to keep me safe. I rate them the best dental office I have ever been to and that is from a guy over 60 years old.

I had a great experience here! Dr. Patel actually introduced herself to me and shook my hand, instead of just sitting down and treating me like another set of teeth. The whole staff was friendly and wanted to converse with me. I felt very welcomed and cared for.Just wanted to update this: 2 years later, I still go here.
