05/06/20Hi Kiviette, I sorry that you had a bad experience when you were in our practice in 2015, but I can assure you that the office is constantly striving to improve. Since your last visit in 2015, we have streamlined many new protocols to help improve our services. We have implemented new office hours from 7am to 7pm and implemented Saturday's to accommodate patients that will like to come in before and after work. We have extensively trained our front desk staff to enhance our scheduling system, and implemented additional financing options to help patients pay for treatment they need. I will like to offer you a complimentary consultation for any concerns that you may have. I have high hopes that your experience will be different.
