The dental work they do is fine. Their billing department is rather disorganized and has poor communication. Im getting bills for visits from nearly 2 years ago.
The staff are always professional and polite.
As usual my experience was great at Freedom Dental Care. Was greeted by staff when I entered the office and my hygienist was very personable and professional. Very happy with care I receive.
rachel? was my hygienist today she is GREAT! people always talk about how they walk away from. the dentist feeling bad. she should train employees about how to talk to patients she is fantastic!!
Another pleasant experience today with my semiannual dental cleaning 😃. Dr. Burchett and team (including office staff) are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The hygienist was attentive and gentle. Freedom Dental helps puts smiles on people’s faces.
Always a good experience. No need to hate going to the dentist. Look forward to my appointments.
