Dr. Floyd's examinations are thorough, and he makes sure to explain the dental problems we are experiencing in layman's language and how he would address them. My wife and I feel like we are in good hands with Dr. Floyd and are glad we found him. I used covid as a reason to avoid the dentist. When I finally returned, Dr. Rodney Floyd and team provided non-judgemental care. They knew I was nervous to have them work on my teeth, they provided topical numbing agent to ease my anxiety. They showed above and beyond practice guidelines by taking my blood pressure. I have never done that before. They provided rationales that made sense and are reassuring. I have my next appointment set, I will return in six months. Nice Job!
