My last visit could not have been better! I have very sensitive gums. The hygienist did everything she could to reduce the pain. No other office has tried so hard. Ever! Great Job you guys!

I travel an hour to visit Dr. Nelson and staff. They are professional and friendly and always ready to accomdate particular needs. Great practice!

I had my 6 month cleaning with Aurelija today and she was so nice and professional and super sweet! She gave me a warm neck wrap and explained everything she was doing before she did it! Dr. Nelson came in and checked my teeth and he is so nice and funny too! I love the entire staff! Everyone is always so nice to me and my family! Love everyone at A Perfect Smile!! : )

Can you believe it, I have been seeing Dr Nelson and staff for 10 years. This is my longest relationship with a healthcare provider. I am impressed every time. I look forward to my dental visits and, trust me, people think that is strange. Until... they go to Dr Nelson. I have never been treated with such professional expertise and kindness as I am when I visit A Perfect Smile. I cannot say enough about this dental practice. If you have ever had a bad or "somewhat ok" experience with a dentist then you are settling for less. Once you walk through the door you will never again see dental care as painful, burdensome or unattainable. You will see how Dr Nelson and staff have redefined dental care into a wonderful experience. Thanks is not enough for this review. So I will say, thank you Dr Nelson and staff, but it comes very short of how thankful I am for your care over this last decade. read less

Wow! The very best Dentist, staff, service and facility I have ever seen! Everyone is always happy, and greets me with a warm smile. It almost feels like I'm visiting an old friend! I was worried that I would never have another hygienist as wonderful as Ellen. We spent most of our appointments laughing and sharing travel stories. Aurelija is just as wonderful and she has a gentle touch. Thank you, Dr. Nelson and Ellen for finding such a great person to provide my oral care. Of course, I miss Ellen and our shared stories, but Aurelija and I will begin a new tradition at A Perfect Smile. Well, let's skip the gagging from those darn bone density xrays next time!
