Our dentist of over 20 yrs retired in Dec and after much searching for a new dentist, reading so many reviews and stopping by a few offices to get a feel before booking we decided to book here. The front desk lady and the manager answered all our questions to our satisfaction and the office is super clean and organized and it's very close to us.Yesterday was our 1st visit, April at the front desk greeted us and took care of all the paperwork. Tiffany is extremely helpful with scheduling and very knowledgeable in navigating the approval process with the VA. I’m especially thankful for her and her competence. The staff is by far THE MOST professional dental team I’ve experienced and their care is genuine. My son who’s on the spectrum has tremendous fears of the dentist and this office has been able to successfully navigate his difficulties as a patient with ease. Was researching thoroughly for a reputable, local dental office that also offers implant services. Wow! What a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left, I was treated kindly by all staff. The cleaning went wonderfully. I never felt like my previous dentist did much when I went in for a cleaning. I was usually in the seat for about 10 minutes then out the door. At Generations, the cleaning was thorough and I left knowing the job was done right.
Love this place. Hannah always takes her time to make sure my dental needs are met. She always apologizes for being a perfectionist during cleaning and I have to remind her that I wouldn’t want it any other way. That you so much.

I really love this office and all of the staff members my family and I have met. I have two elementary age children and they are great with them. My kids get excited to go to the dentist because of the people at this practice. I tell people about them all the time and will continue to do so.
I always have a pleasant time whenever I go to Generations Family Dentistry the office is always clean and everyone is so friendly when I walk in and I always look forward to my cleaning visits with Hannah she always makes me smile when she says good things about my teeth!! 😬😊. I moved to Fort Knox, Kentucky from the DMV area two years and found Generations Family Dentistry. I do not like going to the dentist for all the obvious reasons, but the staff there is great and I feel certain that they will take care of me as smoothly as possible as they always do.
