I had 8 people recommend this office to me. I finally built the courage to call and ask to schedule an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. They said “no! We don’t take new patients!” I was like uhhhh never heard of that before but ok..☹️ probably won’t stay in business long if yall aren’t taking new patients lol lil weird but whatever.

Most offices in Mount Sterling are experiencing similar challenges, and the increased demand has made it difficult for many to accept new patients at this time. First visit was amazing. Staff was so nice, efficient and office was extremely clean. Everyone was so helpful everything from paperwork to insurance. I'm so glad we chose to come here with hopes this to be our dentist for years to come

I have had Dentures since I was 18. I am now 60. Dr Henry made me a set chargered me $26.000 last SeptemberThat I threw in the garbage At Dr tackett's office. I have the best fit That I have ever had My bottom plate Even has suction And I've never had that.To the point that I have worn Dentures for 42 years And I've actually got sore spots in my mouth Where these fit so firmly. She does great work And the staff is very friendly and Attentive your needs. My insurance is accepted at this office but ONLY if I’m under the age of 18! Sad that an insurance is accepted but my front tooth is broke half way off and it was sorry, sorry don’t fix my tooth when it says on your website my insurance is ACCEPTED!

I've been going here for years. I am tired of dentists that are always trying to upsell you on ridiculous cosmetics and unnecessary work. Dr. Tackitt and staff have always done a great job for me. I pay cash or flexible spending and the work costs the same or less than any dental insurance would cost me for regular cleanings and a checkup. Also, check out the people leaving bad reviews. Look at all their reviews. Almost all leave nothing but terrible reviews on Google. This is the best dentist Ive ever had..I've never took care of my teeth..now I'm a old man ...I went in explained..that I wanted my teeth fixed..the cheapest and best they can do for me ..,that would last another 5/6 years..(rest of life)....I've never had a group of people work with me as they have ...I would highly recommend them ...makes me feel as I'm setting at home..getting teeth fixed.
