Today was both of my boys first time ever at the dentist. I was really nervous how they would do because they are ALLLL boy, and I didn’t know if they would have the patience for them but I am beyond happy with how it went and they are both so excited to come back. I can’t express how good it makes me feel that my kids are excited about the dentist. It speaks volumes for their atmosphere and staff and everyone was extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone to take their kids here.
Wait time is not bad and they took real good care of my 2 year old as well as my 8 and 4 year old. They love it here. And the doctors and assistants are always so kind and gentle. My 2 year old freaked out the first time here but they were still patient with him. 2nd visit he was all smiles and cooperative. I think that speaks a lot about their care seeing that my Two year old has never done well with strangers. He wants to come back. Lol
It was our first time here after leaving koolsmiles. Completely diff experience. Staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming.
My son used to hate going to the dentist, but since going here, he loves it. Wouldn't recommend any other place. They're very patient, friendly, and courteous. I can always get an appointment for any concerns on first day of calling. Update to add that my four year old needed to be put under to get some work done due to being so young, and Dr. Dean assured me that she would take good care of my daughter. That she did.
