Everything about this office is great. Dr Beck is thorough and pleasant with a ready smile. The entire staff is accommodating.
I had terrible experiences with two offices before finding Dr. Beck. Now, I’m in good hands! Dr. Beck is super knowledgeable and has a great personality. Her staffs are also wonderful. Dr. Michelle Beck is a true professional in every way. Beyond that, though, she is a very caring and thoughtful caregiver. A dental appointment at Dr. Beck‘s office is simply a great experience. Her office team is likewise very efficient and friendly, and the entire group are super courteous people. I would say they get the highest possible rating. If I could give six stars I would. Dr. Beck is a phenomenal dentist. I have been going to her for 8 years now. She is very good at what she does, and she cares about her patients. If you are in the NKY area and looking for an honest, smart, and talented dentist, she is definitely the right choice!
If you are looking for true dental professionals (dentist, hygienists and receptionist) that offer honest and valuable services with utmost manners, behaviorism, and all about patients' positive experiences, I would highly recommend this dentist office. Almost all staffs there will welcome and treat you like an extended family member.
Dr. Beck has been my dentist for several years. Her staff is always very helpful and kind. The hygienist is gentle and takes an interest in getting to know you a bit while you're there. Dr. Beck does great work and presents herself as genuinely caring about giving you a good dental office experience.
